U.K Service

Small parcels within the U.K. can be sent to you recorded delivery or guaranteed next day registered post. Larger items within the U.K. are sent out on a next day courier service fully insured and packaged professionally with no risk of even the slightest damage.

Overseas Service

Oversea orders can be sent by regular Royal Mail international post or DH Courier. All are fully insured and trackable. V.A.T (tax 17.5 %) can be taken off all final retail prices on this site if you are outside Europe, all prices on this site are inc V.A.T. Click here for more info on this. * On our new

Shipping Info

All items are usually dispatched the same day if payment is by credit card, Pay Pal, Online etc. or if we receive postal orders or cash sterling (for cheque's info see below) providing your order is received before 4.30 pm. If any items are not in stock you will contacted the same day. Cheque's take approximately 5 working days to clear and your order will always be reserved.

Our Paypal payment address is the same as the e-mail address listed below. * Please note that due to credit card fraud credit card security checks may still be required even if you are paying us by PayPal. There is no % charge from us for using PayPal.

All payments have to be in Pounds (Sterling). We do not except any other currencies.
You can also pay us by sending a cheque (cheque's should made out to Raven Games).
Cash, international money orders & postal orders etc. have to be sent to the below postal address. We also except direct bank transfer (you have to pay all the bank charges if you pay this way), contact us for more info on that. You can also call our retail shop and pay by credit card over the phone if you wish.
