Basic Info : If you bring in or are sending in your Console, or any other items etc. for repair or conversion please note that we do not do any of the work on these premises, we send all our items away for the work to be carried out for us. You will need to allow up to 21 days for the work to be carried out, as sometimes if parts are needed or the company who is carrying out the work are extremely busy there can be delays, so please be patient. If you are sending into us your item in the post please pack up you item carefully and put in a letter with the item explaining the problem or what you want done, Most common machines like PS2 etc. we would not need the accessories and power supplies unless you think they are causing any problems. If you are not sure what to send in then send in everything or contact us first. Return postage is £10.00 for all machines and £1.50 for small leads etc.
Contacting Us : We do appreciate it you do not call or contact us chasing up your item etc. before 21 days as this will not speed the process up. If the item you have brought into us is not back with us before then, then it is still with the company that it has been sent to and we cannot speed them up as all work is carried out in the order it comes into them. When your item is back with us we will call you on the telephone number you have given us the day your item is back (or e-mail you) or we will contact you if there are any other problems beforehand. If you are not in and miss our call etc. don’t worry we will re call you throughout the day and the following days until we reach you.
Surcharges & Warranties If nothing wrong can be found with your item and it came in to us for a repair (in or out of the warrantee) there will be a surcharge of £20.00 as time and work would have be undertaken to try to locate the problem & postage charges would have been incurred our end. Anything you bring into us for repair etc. can only be held here for six months maximum on its return. After that date the item will be sold off to pay for the repair costs unless confirmed with you in writing beforehand. All work carried out comes with a full 90-day warranty from us and there will be a full service report on your item when you pick it up or if we send it to you explaining exactly what work was undertaken. A security seal is put on all items for warranty purposes. If the seal is tampered with or removed the warranty will then be void.
Conversions If you have brought your console in for conversion to run all country games then the conversion is guaranteed by us to run original U.S.A, U.K & Japanese software only, It will not run back up copy discs / Copy Cdr's etc. and is not converted or guaranteed by us for this purpose. Any game conversions are guaranteed to run 90% of original software released up to the date you have had your conversion done only and we cannot guarantee that future software will run. If you console has come in for repair and the machine is chipped to run back up games etc. please note that if the chip is causing problems (which is common with PS2's) the chip might have to be removed to repair the machine and have it up and running correctly again so we can then give you a full warrantee, we cannot then re chip any machines to play back ups etc. Thank you, and any other info you need please contact us on the numbers below.
