New import games consoles (Japanese & USA Etc.) come with a 6 month warranty unless stated less by the manufacture, I.e. Microsoft's X Box & 360 is 90 days. All new U.K games consoles are 1 year. New Pads & Controllers, Converters and most other accessories etc. are 90 days (some U.K products are 1 year if stated). All new software is 90 days (if any discs are scratched due to miss use or disc swapping Etc. warranty is void).
All Handheld consoles are 90 days (unless stated longer by the manufactures). Superguns are six months, Pcbs are 28 days. All repairs and conversions Etc. are 90 days.
All used hardware is 60 days, used software & accessories are 30 days. If any security seals on hardware is broken or tampered with all warranty's are void.
You can pay deposits for items we have in stock (or coming in) and we can then reserve your item for you in case you wish for example to pay over a number of weeks. If you pay a deposit on an item and then either change your mind or find you cannot pay the full balance you will lose your deposit in full, we do not refund deposits or exchange deposits for credit notes or let deposits that have been put down on a certain item then be put onto any other items, all deposits are valid for the item or items that the deposit was originally put down on only.
We do not refund or credit anything if items are opened or used in any way, unless the items are found to be faulty and you have full proof of purchase. Any items which are over 30 days and are in the warranty period if found to be at fault will be repaired or replaced (if item cannot be repaired) for the same item again only. If items are found to work in store then the items are classed as fully working. If in the unlikely event any faults are found under 30 days on any item we will be happy to credit or refund you back in full if you wish. Returns to us have to be confirmed with our shop beforehand, do not send any items back to us unless confirmed by shop first in case we can rectify the problem beforehand for you. We will of course always try to help you and sort out any problems you might have to the very best of our abilities.
* Overseas customers please note we have no control over any other countries import Duties & Vat Taxes Etc. If you import with us please be prepared (if needed) to pay the certain import Taxes your end.
